Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime? +
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time and the change will take effect from the next billing cycle. Downgrades are also allowed subject to data and user count compliance with the lower plan.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments, and cheques. For enterprise clients, we also offer invoice-based billing with credit terms.
