GoERP Technology strives to deliver high-quality software services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have designed our refund and cancellation policy to be fair to all parties.
This policy is subject to the specific terms mentioned in your Service Agreement, which takes precedence in case of any conflict.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to our team via email or the contact form on our website. Please note:
For ongoing development projects, cancellation notice must be provided in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed rates. Any advance payment for undelivered work will be evaluated for refund as per Section 3.
Annual subscription cancellations will result in a pro-rated refund for unused complete months, minus any applicable early termination fee as specified in your Service Agreement.
The following scenarios are eligible for a refund:
If our software or service experiences a critical technical failure that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days), and this prevents you from using the service entirely, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
If you have been charged twice for the same service period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 7 business days of the error being confirmed.
For custom development projects, if GoERP Technology is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to circumstances on our side, any advance payment for undelivered milestones will be refunded in full.
If you opt for a paid trial and are not satisfied within the first 14 days of initial subscription, you may request a full refund provided you have not yet gone live with the system or migrated production data.

Contact us via email or the contact form with your account details, the reason for the refund, and the amount you believe is owed.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and begin reviewing the eligibility based on this policy.
We will communicate our decision within 5 business days. If approved, we will initiate the refund. If denied, we will explain the reasons.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer within the timeline specified in Section 6.
Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on the payment method:
Refunds will be made to the same payment source used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will coordinate an alternate transfer method.
